1st Picnic organised by cousins~ To be honest, yesterday's plan was changed a couple of times. In the morning, my mum said the venue will be at East Coast instead of Marina South Pier. Then we changed it to Changi Beach instead because it's more accessible there, what with direct buses there from our place. (Our place = my family, my aunt's and my cousin's) So yeah, finally settled at Changi Beach at noon! We took a while to find a spot because there were quite a lot of people, but thankfully not to the extent where we couldn't enjoy! We played UNO Rumble first before deciding to fly our kites because the wind was superb! It took us a while to figure out of to tie the knots and how to maneuver the kite because of the strong wind. But when we got it, we had so much fun. Although the scorching sun rays were making our eyes tear (literally okay!). We stopped after about 30 minutes and ate, talked, played UNO and charades planned by Irah, Hada and me two days before. Had tons of fun! We then continued flying kites XD And played Volleyball till the sunset. I surprised myself with volleyball! In secondary school during PE lessons, we had one week of volleyball and when i tried, i couldn't hit the ball STRAIGHT. It didn't 'fly' to the direction that i intended it to go to T_T So it ended up hitting people and whatnot. But yesterday, i was so proud of myself! HEHEHE. It worked the way i wanted it to every time i hit it! :D I think my cousins and my brother were surprised also lor, hehehe. (y)! Great fun. What else, with my little niece running around till she was tired and then clinging on to our legs while we played XD After prayers at sunset, we packed up and went to Changi Village for dinner together. By then, i was too tired and worn out. So i cleaned without talking at all and even at dinner, i just ate my food >< Then we went home at around 10 i think! We were already planning about Chinese New Year also XD Not the first day though! First day got visiting! :D Here are some of the pictures, ![]() Wani, Iqah and Hada
DONE. Gonna do whatever schoolwork today and then rest. Still have migraine since yesterday ): Tomorrow's agenda: Go to my childhood best friend's crib for catch-up in the evening. Excited but.. I don't know. Scared there will be awkwardness, haha. It's been 10 years for goodness sake (: But it can be solved, for sure ;) And i'm really glad that she's trying to keep this friendship, really happy. To be more specific, we went to the same kindergarten even. Except maybe we weren't in the same class or weren't friends (can't remember which) but our friendship started when we were like 5! So make that 13 years of friendship. We never forgot each other. Sweet or not! Hehehe :Dv |
