beeeeeeeeees 1) Seriously don't know what's happening lately. Everyone's mood here seems to be changing every day and it's hard to keep up and adapt to the changes. 2) Spending my afternoon on a puzzle i finished twice before; and i'm pretty sure some of the pieces are missing. 3) Wanted to escape the house for awhile to get a breather; was thinking of a walk (but the weather's too hot). Mariame invited me to join her with Sunny and Viva to watch the Unborn. NO WAY. I had enough of scares for the past week, haha. 4) I want to watch the Little Rascals so badly. I remember in sec 4, we used to hang around in the CD store for an hour or so. I found the DVDs of Grease and The Little Rascals and was hoping to get them both after i saved. Never got to it ): Though i did buy the Grease VCD about 3 weeks ago. 5) Watched Freedom Writers again last night. Whoever hasn't watched it HAS to watch it. Such a good show. 6) After almost half a year since my parents bought my brother and me new comforters, i finally got down to changing the sheets, throwing away the old blanket and then taking out the new comforter last night. It feels so gooooood. I still miss old comforter though - it lasted more than 10 years. IKEA sells the best comforters :P 7) Hanzo finally has their own facebook group. I can't wait for the Tea Party to see everyone again. I miss the camp and the friends i've made. 8) Thinking back on AY08/09, i think i've enjoyed myself in TP. My first year in TP is a bliss - there were some parts that made me feel downright miserable. But the good times really offset all that bad times. Hmm, in my first year in TP, i've attended 4 camps (FOC, BSC subcomm, VC - one day camp, SL camp), collected 7 school shirts (HAHAHA BELIEVE IT OR NOT) and made countless number of friends. Additionally, i think i've taken a step to improve myself mentally. In which case, thanks to Mariame who always reminded me (and it never left my mind okay),"Do things to please yourself and not others." Of course you have to take others' emotions into account but put yourself first in priority. 9) I miss my dimwits a lot! I think this is the first time i've rejected you guys so many times... I'm so sorry i won't be able to make it this Saturday. I really wanted to go but it seems that i have another commitment in school. I promise i'll make it up ok. I know it's a long wait but... JUNE HOLIDAYS. I suppose then, Maira and Shamz will be free after their SYF and the rest of us will be free from exams too. Can celebrate Mariame, Kelvin and my birthday also. HAHAHAHA SO THICK SKIN! DDDD: 10) I kindda miss 4EA too. And i daresay i miss our teachers also. No matter how much we dread them occasionally. I've been saying this for over a year now (because that's how long we've been parted for), but i really do miss our secondary school days (: 11) Miss the PAE days slightly. 08S1 especially. We clicked so easily (: And because of the 'dragon master' in our class, we shared so much laughter. I will never forget how the stadium was our escape - Qing Fang and me. Those days... I still love MI's stadium. I think it's so huge and it gives you a very good feeling because of the space. No wonder Qing Fang and i always went there during our breaks to talk about our personal issues. 12) I think my first orientation (for school) was in MI. And i had a blast there. BARNEYS!~ FUNNY LA. Our mascot was Barney, obviously. And during the catwalk (sort of like a finally showdown), our mascot dressed as Barney and danced to ... RIHANNA'S UMBRELLA. WITH A PURPLE UMBRELLA IN HAND. Hilarious. And when we sang in a circle in front of everyone else, woah seriously won't forget that moment. Our cheers were from the show also XD We didn't manage to finish the nightwalk but i had a feel of what it was like. It wasn't funny but some guy just jumped out from the parapet (balcony) ok DDDD: Anyway, loved the orientation! 13) Second orientation was TP's FOC. Woah... first day.. Really felt like an outcast. Especially when i realised that both of the people i knew weren't in the same empire as me. I remember seeing Nicholas (from BARNEYS in MI, my mass dance partner who turned out to be in TP, to be in the same course, and in the same class also. LOL) in the bus. Went to school with him and Darren. Anyway, FOC was a blast. I really enjoyed it. I don't think MI's orientation can fight with TP's mainly because for FOC, we stayed over in school and thus had much more time for games :P Forged some really good friendships also. Will never forget (: IT SEEMS LIKE I'M BACKTRACKING 2008 MAN. HAHAHA! But yeah. I think 2008 was a good year. Apart from all the nonsense i had to face (i don't bear grudges, but i will never forget those bad times), it was THE best 2008 anyone can get i think (: I think blogging about this makes me feel much better. Mood swings and whatnot, really intend to put them aside and focus on the good only (: At least it's healthy! PS: I'm still sane, in case you're wondering (: [EDIT] :DDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD SMILE SMILE SMILE~[/EDIT] |
