I rushed this morning to satisfy my craving for hotcakes D: I haven't had them for months! Anyway, i finally had one this morning. Though alone, at least i didn't have to think much. But my brother decided to accompany me to the converse warehouse sale.

It was horrible day! We travelled to Aljunied, tried to find a bus to get there... We got stuck at Beach Road eventually. So we strolled to Lavender station and took down to Paya Lebar. Took the bus, alighted at the wrong bus stop -__- Decided to give up but we realised we were close so we went deep into all the warehouses and couldn't find the place DDDD: I felt so bad having my brother come with me for nothing ): We took the bus down to Tanjong Katong and ate lunch at Arnold's. They have the best fried chicken there, comfortable ambience and fast service. Within approximately 3 minutes, our meal was at the table already. It was too much for the both of us though D: Was forced to bring back the leftovers. My brother had planned initially to go to Peninsula Plaza to scout for shoes for himself but on the way to the MRT station, he decided that we were too tired (the weather was so bad!) and sleepy after a hearty meal. We took the train back home and slept the whole journey XD Could've missed our stop too.

Despite failing to reach our destination (converse warehouse), i thought today was very cool (: After quite some time, my brother and me finally had time to go out just siblings together. And we had a great deal to update each other about school and reminisce on our gaming days XD Well, school was one thing - he was encouraging of course, as an elder brother. Some personal stuff came up too but not too much (: And while walking back home, i told him how i was disappointed with Twilight (LOL) and he started talking about how we feel LOTR was perfect but for those who read the books, it wasn't satisfactory. I have to agree and accept the fact that movies would be very long if they were to input everything that's in the book (BUT TWILIGHT WAS TOO FAST PACED!). Then because of the topic we were on (LOTR), he started talking about Neverwinter Nights! :DDDDDD It was the best gaming experience for me (and maybe for him too). One, because i was playing it with my brother and it was awesome~ Two, we met great friends and travelled in groups to these undiscovered places. Along which we discovered a fellow Singaporean (who was... 35 that time, HAHAHA) who was playing too - very unexpected. I don't feel that Neverwinter Nights is a childish game since it requires some skills. One thing that i've taken from the gaming experience is teamwork and cooperation. So, coming back to Neverwinter Nights... He was talking about wanting to play together again with the new Neverwinter Nights 2. Unfortunately, as much as i want to, my graphic card right now is not compatible ): I think i might get a new one with my CNY collection, HEH.

Anyway, quite tired right now and i want to start doing my work tonight, hopefully. Going to catch some rest before getting down to business.

PPS: Oh, and i realised last night. Outing with girlfriends this year at Vivo was on 16th December 2008. Last year, at the same venue, we went on 17th December 2008. It's almost... like... deja vu XD
PPPS: Can't wait to watch WGM with Kangin and Yoonji~ SJ and one of the favourites i liked in Goong (:
