iPod vs Creative Zen Vision M As promised. Mine's an iPod classic 160GB. iPod Cons: I've only had it for about 5 days now and i'm still inclined to using my Creative Zen Vision M. I miss it a lot, really. I'm not trying to defame Apple or the iPod, just stating how i feel about the product. I've never been a fan of Apple products though i like their slim and sleek designs. But after using my creative zen, i was pretty much assured that even the iPod couldn't beat it. However, the creative zen does have some bad points too though. I notice that playing movies on the iPod (while holding it on your palm) is not has painful as watching it on my Zen. The zen heats up a lot and your hands can burn unlike the iPod. Also, the creative zen, at 30GB is heavier than an iPod. Another thing that i have to add is probably how it is so much easier to add my desired songs/videos into the Zen. You can say that it's more foolproof. The creative zen works like any other hard disks and have folders ready for you to put in your music, photos and videos. That's why it's so easy to access to the files and folders. As for the iPod, iTunes does the work for you mostly. You can choose to add your files manually (by manually, meaning that you drag the songs into your iPod icon on iTunes) but i still am figuring out how i would add my videos. You can do it manually too but i'm still bummed that i can't put my favourite shows into my iPod because iTunes doesn't accept the format. Does this mean that those videos won't be able to be added into the iPod too? I have to ask Nesty for help there XD One more important thing. I don't know how the customer service is like on Apple's side but Creative's customer service is slow and by the looks of the number of unsatisfied people on their forum, it's extremely bad. This looks like a product review ;___; Updates on my Raya yesterday coming next. I didn't have a good one yesterday; even though it was great to see the family again. PS: my good good friend JieLing wished me first by sms. SURPRISED OK! But of course, good friends never forget each other. I miss the P4 and MI times lady! <3 |
