Lelong! Family decided not to go for our Sunday weekly religious class today. Parents were too tired, well, i was too.. And bro didn't come back for the weekend. So, yea, we cancelled the plan. But my mum forced me to wake up at 0930 la. She practically screamed simultaneously. Shit, turning into one fat fat lazy bum. I have to get to the house "gym" for workout liao. Anyways, mum and i went to Geylang to find our hari raya clothes as usual. I got mine, whheeee! We finally got blue. My bro's decision to wear blue this year. Mine was a great great 130 bucks. My most expensive dress. I still have my first hari raya dress. It's yellow! And tailor-made. For the past 2 years, my mum decided not to make tailor-made ones. Too expensive already. Anyways, we shopped a lot, and my back hurts a lot. I asked my mum to bring me to the doc after puasa. Really worried bought my back la. My bro had the same problem actually.. Mariam, and my mum calls me an old hag =.= Cos' i currently have rheumatism and backache. *Sigh. Anyways, we shopped la, all around Geylang. Really not much eye-catching clothes this year. I'm pretty suprised too. I then went to my cousin's shop, well, she works there. I saw this white long long scarf with a bit of shiny diamonds. I LOVED IT LA. It costed 38 bucks but she gave me an 18 bucks discount. =D I love it, love it, love it. Mum knows i love wearing long scarfs. Look so decent and sweet. Muahahaha! Anyways, we went to Darul Arqam to perform our afternoon prayers. Then walked a bit more and met up with my dad. Dad went to Darul Arqam to pay for the zakat thingy, he "ordered" for a sheep to be sacrificed for the whole family this year. Alhamdulilah, now that we are stable and paid full for our house, we're doing pretty well i'd say. My family's next aim: Haj. I told my parents that if we don't have enough money for everyone to go, bro and i will go in future, let them go first. But my dad insists that we go as a family. So, yea, hopefully we can. Anyways, we shopped a bit more, bought food back for break fast, and bought a carpet for our living room too! I chose this retro type of carpet and my parents kindda liked it too, so we got it at 60 bucks and caught a cab back home. By then, my back was already hurting too much. I couldn't take it already la.. In the cab, didn't sleep, kindda just meditate. XD Really tired from all ths shopping. PS: Jickky, see.. told you i'm not a shopaholic. I can't shop for long long hours. Burrrrrr, now left with dad's baju for hari raya. Mum will probably get him one next week. Fussy fussy. XD Oh yes, on friday, sec 3s went for this heritage tour la. My class did the sculpture walk. Kindda nice, get to see all the sculptures that i never noticed. We even got to sit on the carpet grass. LOL, everyone was looking la. The trip was pretty much okay. Got people like Don, Eric, Manfred, and rest to laugh with. I still not done laughing with the "sacks" thingy Don. YOU ASS. Corrupted my mind liao. Haha. Might go shopping tomorrow after school with Maira momma, going to get her sister a birthday gift! Might get her a strawberry shortcake wallet i promised her last year, and probably a necklace. ^^ Oh yes, i'm hoooooked to Princess Hours la. ELEANOR! I'M GONNA GET THAT DVD! =D You can watch it on youtube if you want. That was what i did la. Honestly, i cried a looot, i guess their story plot was pretty complicated and such, but really. Very original. THUMBS UP! It's broadcasted on Ch U every weekdays at 1900. A sure MUST-WATCH! I might also get the dvd, add up with my winter sonata =D Korean dramas really make you tear eh? How come Mediacorp doesn't? Hmmm... Tomorrow, is it our doom's day? I'm so damn blur bout' our post-exam activites la.. All i know is that we are going to have that oh-so-boring financial thingy and A MATH for post-exam activites. Really praying hard for results to come out good. Not sure whether i can get my 500 bucks this year. =( I miss sec 1, though it was one of the worst years that i had in my life, it was the year i really bloomed. =) |
