Oblivious

I watched Miss World 2007 this afternoon on Star World. I just happened to catch the show while browsing through the channels. The winner? The host of the event was China, and the winner was also from the People's Republic of China. I was smsing Mariame about the show. HAHA! And i felt that Miss PRChina really looks like Zhang Ziyi(whom i think is the most beautiful woman in Asia). SERIOUSLY! They do have some differences but she looks almost alike. Her english was a bit shaky and sorts while answering the questions that Angela(the host) shot at her. And i also felt most of the finalists didn't answer her questions correctly. Maybe it's just me? Haha. Anyways, Miss PRChina is really tall, and i presume, leggy. Quite skinny too though. However, as much as i liked her for the Zhang Ziyi looks, i felt Miss Angola should have been crowned. It's probably a tie between these two. Miss Angola was so sweet looking, i felt!I really rooted for her. But she got the crown for 1st runner up! 2nd runner up was Miss Mexico whom i thought was pretty too, and her dress was love! HEHE!

Miss Sweden was in the top 5. I thought she was wearing a dress that looked as if she was going for prom. She looked like a typical teenager though.. Miss Trinidad & Tobago was pretty too. Perfect dress for her ;) The competition was tight, but Miss Angola should've won the crown though i thought Miss PRChina deserved it too. Told you it's a tie! Haha. Whatever it is, now she has a part to do with the crown on her head. ;) Head over to Other Pics to check out other details :P

OH! To add, i think Miss Hong Kong(Ka Yi CHEUNG) looks like Xiaxue! The popular Singaporean blogger!

Okay la, going off to watch soccer maybe? AND IQAH BOUGHT A LIVERPOOL JERSEY WITH TORRES ON THE BACK! AAAHH! I WANT! I just wish the Carlsberg thing wasn't there.. Hmm.. FT #9! :D

PS: Can i sail through the changing ocean tides? Can i handle the changing seasons of my life? `I think i'll leave everything to God from now on. Jealousy, hatred, my temper, forgiving, accepting what happens.. I'm still learning, i'm still learning. And MashaAllah, i've realised that i've been more patient. I've been hitting these unforseen cicurmstances like a baseball bat. Maybe God help me through, because only He knows the best. (:

PSS: I learnt something today during my religious class(i learn every lesson but today's was extra).

Prophet Muhammad (p.b.u.h) asked God why his people are treating the Al- Qur'an like nothing.. - Surah Al Furqan. May Allah help me progress through the reading and InsyaAllah, learn the meaning of God's words in arabic. InsyaAllah, everyone i love would be able too. (:(:
