Raya raya! My Hari Raya didn't start off well. I was extremely upset about what happened, considering the fact that i personally felt that Ramadhan went very well this year. Everything took a turn on the first day of Raya and woah, i really had no words to see. Nonetheless, i was putting on a fake smile that day. At times, i felt like bursting out into tears when my cousins asked me some questions. I felt like everything was wrong from the start and as much as i tried to hide it from everyone else, grandma probably sensed something as well. But i put the negative parts aside and enjoyed the time with my cousins, aunts and uncles. It was a very nice reunion even though we meet up pretty often. My cousins and me camwhored like crazy this Raya. Totally obsessed with taking pictures with each other. First day of raya was quite short this time. Only went to grandma's place and then home to recuperate and more cleaning at night. My father's side didn't come this year because my mum was pretty tired from all the Raya preparations and from work. I felt like i couldn't done more but i know for sure it would've been better/faster with the help of the other two here. The very next day, we all met up at my aunt's place in Woodlands at around 11am. Wak Yati cooked mee rebus tulang! I'm not really a fan of mee rebus but because my aunt cooked it, i LOVE IT. I think our family has the best cooks, really. I love her kachang pool too! MY FAVOURITE! After everyone gathered, we proceeded to Bik Lina's house which was just across the road and ate mooooreeee. I ate a lot T_T But my mum always told me this,"Even though you're full, just take a few bites to show your appreciation." A few bites? I took a whole plate! XD Even though i ate lontong + sambal prawns many times, i've grown to be very fond of them this year XD We watched Catch Me If You Can on channel 5 while having brunch there. Then we took a bus down to Kak Ayu/Abang Am's place which was totally gorgeous! I've never been to their place but i love the setting! Very pretty and modern! :D Played with the toddlers there (Irdina and Hasya Thaqifah!). Kak Ayu's expecting her second child already and we're very excited! :D InsyaAllah both mum and baby will be fine! ^^ We took our zohor prayers there before taking another bus down to Paman Om's house. Actually, the girls took the bus while the rest took their own respective cars. LOL. But we girls didn't show any discontent. I think we were happier than ever to at least be together. Even Iqah and Irah ditched their parents' cars to take the bus with the rest of us~ So happy to be together really. After Paman's house, we took 965 down to Wak Enon's place and were introduced to her pretty pretty cat, Fuzzy! It was damn funny cos' my aunt heard Fuzzy as Fadzley (or something like that) and everyone was like,"EH?! He has a muslim name?!" HAHAHAHA. Up till now i don't know if Fadzley is it's Muslim name T_T But sounds pretty cool la, Fuzzy and Fadzley. XD ATE MORE AT WAK'S PLACE! More lontong and the usual stuff plus rendang! MMMMM! Took our asar prayers there before heading to my place! Mum bought bread and ice-cream for everyone to eat since she didn't cook 8D Had a great time as usual. But by this time, most of us were getting tired XD We proceeded to Bik Mik's place which was at the block beside ours :D Because Wani's cousins on her dad's side came, the house was packed! The girls and i then crashed her room and we kindda dozed off for a bit XD We woke up and realised our parents and aunts were already leaving to the next destination T_T We were almost left behind! But anyway, my uncle lent my brother his rented car and my brother got to drive out for the first time! :DDDDD Alhamdulilah! I was so happy and excited for him. We reached Kak Idah's place safely. Stayed for a while and then back home (: I didn't caption any pictures yesterday, was too tired..  Kak Idah's princess, Hasya Thaqifah!
I invited a few friends over yesterday. We had a lot of fun just talking, catching up and all. Especially with Bernice fattttt and my public speaking girls. Of course, i appreciated everyone who came too! After eating and all, we settled down to watch 2 Days 1 Night on KBSWORLD and we laughed like mad! It ended at around 6.25pm but the girls stayed a little longer and watched Mr Bean on Disney XD Woah, a lot of laughter. Laugh until our stomachs hurt >< It was a joy having everyone come here yesterday. I miss them all already!  Anissa, Sophia, HuiTing and me. Public speaking girls. <3333
More fun tomorrow? A small gathering/jalan raya session with a few of my dimwits <3 Then on SUNDAY! WITH THE WHOLE FAMILY AGAIN!!! Chartered bus somemore. CAN'T WAIT! :D |
