Reunions and catch-ups! I had a great day. It started off by receiving an sms from school regarding my results! I almost jumped out of bed. Please, of course. Alhamdulilah. And the fact that I managed to get a 'Pass with Commendation' for my internship really put a smile on my face and an end to the tears. I mean.. I felt like I deserved better so yes, God did reward me for what I deserve. Rather than praying for good results all the time, I'd like to pray to get what I deserve. Funny? Anyway, with high spirits, I cleaned the house, did the laundry and watched some variety shows before heading out to meet the photographers for a 'reunion dinner'. So glad to have spent that short but sweet time with them. We haven't met everyone for close to a year and I'm so glad we made time for it this evening! To end off the awesome day, my junior from NSS actually still remembered some things and it feels really good! It always feels good to be remembered. What with my graduation, I suppose as a senior, it is always good to motivate them juniors and warn them of your previous mistakes so that they won't do the same. Alhamdulilah, I managed to do that. So tonight, I'm going to bed with a huge grin on my face. |
