shopping spree! My mum, 2 aunts, 2 cousins, and grandma and I woke up as early as 7.30am to go shopping at Geylang. We arrived there at around 9am? We had breakfast, i had nasi lemak! But i didn't have much apetite. *sigh. After that, we went to a shopping centre and realised that not more than 9 shops are open.So we roamed around, and i got some stuff. Well, a CD!
I got it for $17.90. My mum was having a great mood today i guess! She don't usually buy me CDs like that. Anyway, she said that since that it is in chinese, i can sing-a-long and improve my fluencey in my chinese as well. I asked her, "how do you know i sing?" You know what she said? "I'm your mother, i know EVERYTHING!" *gosh. LOL. Scary eh? But she don't know my secrets in my diary Anyway, when the shops were open, we looked around in First Lady and we(my cousins and i) bought a "nonya" blouse each. Same colour. *Aww, we are so united After that, we headed to another shopping centre, my mum had already choose the pair of blue dresses for us, but we found out that the stitching was really really bad. So,.. too bad, this always befall on us and we had to let go of it. Then we headed on to other shops. And we ended up spending almost an hour at a NEW boutique called "Persian". They are having an opening sale! So go there and grab some wonderful designs! I don't know when the offer will end, but.. oh well, the designs there are really nice. But they are quite costly. I bought a long dress. Not that long, it reaches until a few inches below the knee. I could wear it with jeans. We left geylang at 1.30pm, cos' i had tuition at 3.30pm. Anyway, mum bought me a cute box! For my to store my hairbands, and etc. You can get them at Watsons I think. Not sure how much it cost. Oh well, there's a match tonight! Going to study before i watch. Nite people! |
