Stings me on the inside

Politics is a pain in ass! There are so many different opinions around the world and whenever i hear this particular person(let's call him X) nag and rant about how he/she feels about the government, it makes me mad. X keeps talking about politics and thinks it revolves all around him. X wants you to think in his/her way without having any other open options. Through education, i have begun to really think about the decisions the government makes, so on and so forth. Some things may be unreasonable, but the government can't possibly PLEASE the whole Singapore can they? And it makes my blood boil even further when X doesn't stop complaining about it. YES, complain once or twice and talk about it but not to the extend where he/she tries to SHUT YOU UP and barracade your opinions against his/hers. In my opinion, X is desperately trying to indoctrine us with ideas that is HIS/HERS and not allow us to think for ourselves. I truly hate it and i doubt any one of us wants to be in this situation.

In GP, there are more on politics and i hope it would distance me with X because i don't agree with what he/she thinks. I don't like to be MADE to think in a certain way that contradicts my own stand. Yes, you can correct me, but i may choose to agree or disagree with you can't i? What ever happened to "think for yourself" and "freedom of thought"? I don't want to live in a world where i have to follow everything X says, thinks or live. I prefer to have an open mind and think for myself. Eventually, i'm going to have to live my own life right? Speaking of X complaining and ranting on and on about politics..it only makes him/her angry. What's the point of getting all wrecked up about this? It's not like you can change anything unless you are keen to voice out. And since X doesn't voice out and CONTINUES complaining, isn't he/she a hypocrite? Fancy calling people hypocrites but X should probably look at himself/herself first. I'm tired of listening and nodding my head even though i refuse to absorb any of his/her opinions. And when i try to tell X my own views, he/she tries to stop me and continues to poison me with his/her thoughts. It's not a bad thing that X tries to share his/her thoughts with me. It's just very sickening to hear X say the same thing again and again and the tone of how he/she tries to pollute me with his/her thoughts.

My history girlfriend. HAHA! I got to know her in sec 2 during our Humanities trip to Kuantan. She was my bus ride partner and ever since, we've been quite good friends. When we got into the same class in sec 3, things changed and we got along a lot better! I remember the times we found Mr Chye's notes so contradicting so we would call each other and talk about it. I miss the times we both got worried if our essays were good enough to achieve the marks we yearned for. I nicknamed her MiMi and she called me NaNa for some reason. I think we were too bored. A good friend, a good leader, a good chairperson. Can she get anymore better?! I miss her loads!

A girl who never refuses to help me out in my weaker subjects and someone who's terribly in love with pink. HAHA! Been in the same class for 3 years and a good 3 years. Definitely miss her quirkyness and her willingness to help me out in my subjects.

Mr Kind Guy right? Hahaha. Been in the same class for 3 years also. A memorable 3 years and a great friendship to be treasured always ;) Someone who (again) never rejects the request for help.

PS: "I raced out the door, screaming. I tried to believe it wasn't true, but in my heart i always knew..." - Your face haunts me day and night. And my mind goes crazy just trying to figure out.

PSS: I HATE IT when you have to lie about it when you mean the other way round. I HATE IT when i'm being left out of what you call quality time. I hate it. Yet you say i'm trying to distance myself, that i have friggin mood swings. Tell me who's trying to be the egoistic one here.
