Good ol' Days My mum, brother and i went out to shop for a gift yesterday afternoon. We went to Wisma Atria, and i think this was the first time i really enjoyed shopping in Orchard. The past few times i went, it was horrible. Everyone was pushing and rushing, and the weather was extremely humid. Yesterday was quite a cloudy day, so i guess it improved my mood too. Anyways, my bro had to find a gift for someone in return for his super-expensive (for me la) gift. He also decided to get one for me, and so he did! Although i just bought a handbag for myself on Saturday, i'm happy i could get another! First 2 handbags! Wooot. Haha, seriously, i think my mum and brother are trying to shape me up to be a REAL girl. *Sigh, BOTHER. Anyways, we bought 2 bags(gift and mine), and we got to purchase a bag at only $10 (originally $39.90), so without much hesitation, we picked la. Shopping with mum and bro really rocks. Too bad my dad didn't come along, he was fuming mad over a small matter. *SIGH. Anyways, we went to the original PUMA stall at Taka, and i went around frantically looking for my friggin' shoe. The one with the friggin' pig skin! EVEN THE EFFING ORIGINAL STORE DIDN'T PUT A WARNING! I was effing mad la. My brother had to calm me down a bit. Now, my brother and i try to BOYCOTT PUMA cos' of my shoe. It friggin' cost my dad a heart-earned $119. It kills me. Whatever it is, they'd be GRATEFUL that i don't sue them. HHMMPPFFF! We also went to Isetan, Guess, and many other shops there. IT WAS HEAVEN for well, my mum and i. There were soooo many stuff to buy! From jewelery boxes (there, my girly-bit in me), to hair clips, to sports shoes, to FRIGGIN' PRETTY DIAMOND-COATED WATCHES. Woah, i wanna save up all i can and shop when the time comes again. That is, the GREAT SINGAPORE SALE! Still got next year, mum even allowed me to get my prom night clothes next year. :D So darn excited. My vow now? To not spend this year and next year's hari raya + chinese new year money. :D Hallmark is having a 50% off right now because of the big sale, so i bought the handbag i told you before, for both Hummaira and myself. :D SISTERS! Teehee, great. Now we have the almost-same wallet and same bag. LMAO! *shhhh. *Faints. I really can't wait for the next sale. That'll be the time i'll shop till i'd drop. Anyways, i already know what to get for my mum's birthday gift! She wanted the light purple Fila handbag a lot. So, there ya go! I might get it for her if it's still there. *Prays hard. ITALY WON THE WORLD CUP! I'm happy for them, even though SPAIN did not get far (i still have confidence in them though). I watched quite a bit. And i was cheering on when ZiZou (Zinedine Zidane) was being red carded and sent off. But i do pity him for a bit. Having being sent off at a-most-likely last match. However, i have to say that Italy did best in their penalty shoot-out, although i really hated these type of endings cos' as said to Shawn, it's like cheating your way to win. So, the standings for this year's boring World Cup, 1) ITALY, 2) FRANCE, 3) GERMANY. We had PE today. Badminton. Haven't been playing much ever since.. FOREVER! But i'm glad i didn't lost my skills like my skating :( I really wanna skate well! ROAR! Played a lot and ended up being sweaty and all. But in the end, i still raced |
