Chalet was awesome and i hope my cousin had a great advanced birthday party despite all odds.

Going back to Friday morning, i left to meet my cousins at my grandma's place. 4 of us took a cab down to the chalet and reached there at around 1130am. Unfortunately, the people were still cleaning the rooms so we ended up waiting outside for 2 hours or so.. It was only when the clouds turned dark that we decided to enter the chalet by asking the cleaner's permission. We slacked for the next hour - Irah watched P.S I Love You on my iPod while i listened to the songs on hers. Iqah played her PSP and grandma fell asleep. Haha~ At around 3 or so, Irah and me travelled down to the office to get the keys (twice actually...) and settled things like the air-con and stuff so when the rest come, everything will be ready. We toured the 'house' (i'm going to call it a house from now on) before settling down to watch shows on the tele and eat lunch grandma cooked from home :D CURRY FISH~ Yummmmmmy. Soon after, Hada came from school and just about then, my aunt and uncle called and asked us to wait outside to help carry the things they brought. So we did! Cam-whored on the road for a bit (hilarious!) before they finally came.

After carrying all the stuff in, we all gathered around Iqah's 4kg birthday cake (LOL) and took a few pictures before settling down in the hall and eating some snacks my aunt brought. Watched The Rainbow Connection on the tele for a bit before moving the furnitures and decorating the hall. It was around ... 7 i think? Irah and i went up to blow balloons and chatted for a while before Iqah and Hada joined us in the room.

I CAN'T BLOW BALLOONS FOR NUTS! Even though i managed to blow 3 of them, i think. I still don't know how to blow it right -____- Is there even a proper way to blow balloons? >< Then i ran down to get the pump for the small balloons which are quite impossible to blow - except for aliens like Irah, HAHAHA. After which, Iqah instructed me to tie the balloons as she wished them to be and i did all of them without bursting any.. YAY! Anything for the birthday princess this chalet, really :D And i didn't mind at all because they are the ones who light up my life - my cousins. After everything, we went down to decorate some more - the hall, the door, etc. We ate dinner and ... (forgets what happened) Hada went to bed first, then Irah and me. The first day there... Neither of us dared to go to the toilet alone. So whenever i went to the toilet to take my ablution, Irah would stand by the door to watch me. And because we still had fear in our hearts, we didn't bathe that night. HAHAHAHA, smelly people went to bed that night. I kept waking up though.. Irah too. She was so cold, she hid behind me under the covers D:

Oh yes.. I'm reminded at how we tried so hard to keep the cake at the right temperature. My cousin was on the verge of tears because it was so huge that it wouldn't fit into the freezer and it started to melt too. After many tries, we ended up putting it directly under the air-con. It worked~

SCARY, NO? I was freaked out >< I'm not afraid of cats except when they're like THAT...

For some reason, both of us woke up at 6 in the morning. I was surprised at myself because it was a saturday morning. Not a school day! Even if it was a school day, i'd wake up at 6.30am D: Anyway, just nice... I went to do my morning prayers and hung around the hall doing i-forgot-what before fatigue took over me. I went to take a nap beside my grandma before waking up at 8.30am and finally garnered the courage to take a bath. Seems a bit silly but if you went there yourself, you would understand. When i went out of the shower, NO ONE WAS AT LEVEL 1 LA! My grandma, aunt and uncle went out to get more things and my cousins had gone up to the room. DDDDDD: I quickly went up and joined them too, lol. We talked about the most random stuff, including the fact that we once had a chalet 2 'houses' down when we were younger. I think it was on National Day. And talked about how we played baseball at night with my uncle (who's been at Dubai..) using our slippers. HAHAHA <3333 Such fond memories. I remembered too that we watched The Eye there >< Will never forget those memories. Anyway soon, those who went out came back with A LOT of things so we went down to help again. Then we hung out in the hall and started to think of ways to label the prizes. Chose to name them with brand names D: Hada fell asleep on the sofa while we chatted and joked. There was this Indian kid who came to the window. We were all laughing and saying he was interested in Hada and that he poked her ear while she was asleep (because he was holding a stick + because the sofa was beside the window... visualise that?). Hilarious! At around 2.30pm, we went up and got the princess's make-up ready :D I think all my cousins grew up wearing make-up except me. Like i said,"I will not wear any make-up unless my work requires me to do so." HAHAHA. I just don't like the feeling (: Ok so.. as we got ready, Iqah (who was starting to get upset. I assume because 2 of my cousins and their families couldn't make it, last minute) kept glancing out the window to check if anyone was coming. I felt her pain, honestly. You're so excited for everything but it doesn't turn out the way you want.. Furthermore, it was beginning to look like it was going to rain. So no BBQ yesterday. But i think Irah and i tried to change the subject and tell her that everything's going to be great as planned (: After the princess got ready, we got ready too and went down. Slowly, my aunts, mum, cousins came. The house was filled! :DDDD It was cold and wet but we all had fun. After singing the birthday song (only Fifi, Hada and me sang actually..........), cutting the cake, taking pictures, eating the cake... it was 8 very quickly. We played musical chairs first (girls only) and my bag was a great help, no? HAHAHA. Iqah bought the eye masks Ellen used on her talk show, which is awesomeeeeee~ I was the... 3rd and Iqah's friend won XD MUSICAL CHAIRS WITH EYE MASKS ON DDDD: If my aunt didn't help guide us for the first few rounds, i think we would've crashed into the cake >< Then it was games for the guys. Finding cones of the colour my cousin called out. Hilarious! Last but not least, we played lotto! A.K.A Bingo~ Our family tradition. Hahaha. I ALMOST WON :( Luck is never on my side i guess. After playing for 4 rounds, we decided to go home at around 10. I wanted to stay for another night but my mum wasn't feeling well and so i decided to head home with her (because at first, my aunts and cousins said they were all staying and if that was the case, my mum was going to go home alone. I'm never going to let my mum go home alone...). In the end, my mum, aunt and three of my cousins went home. LOL. Merry merry~ Daydreamed on the way home. Fifi came to stay for a night at my place because it was 11 already. I immediately came back to check for updates before bathing and then watching soccer with my dad.

:DDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD Man U's losing it slowly. Liverpool better win tonight (: InsyaAllah, yes? Heh.

I woke up for morning prayers this morning, went back to sleep then woke up at 1 o.0 My mum and dad didn't wake me up because they wanted me to rest i think >< Anyway, took my bath, watched LOTR with my dad and bro and ate. Then watched the last episode of Perfect Cut 2 (i asked my dad to record it.. heh) with my mum.

Sounded like a minute-by-minute update eh?

Some things i left out though:

- my cousin bought these studio umbrellas for flash !
- so Irah, Iqah and me became 'models' for the night
- i got some really important calls/smses on the first day... lucky those people called before my phone had problems at around 9..
- must admit i missed home when it came to bedtime. Hahaha
- IRAH LAUGHED WHILE WATCHING THE MOVIE. How's that possible?! I cried throughout the movie o.0
- i think this chalet helped me realise that 1) i couldn't blow balloons well 2) i've grown closer and more comfortable with some people
- my baby niece was ubber cute and a delight to the family!
- i fetched my cousin at the bus stop because it was raining cats and dogs at night... WANI LOVE! :DDD
- Wani and my mum bought the same gift for Iqah (LOL); except.. my mum bought a bigger version XD

PPS: I was getting sick and tired of the gloating.. I tried to control myself and tell myself that i had prepared myself for this. But seriously?!
PPPS: To my beloved cousin who's turning 21 on Tuesday, i hope you had a great birthday party. I love you and always will.
