Did anyone actually listen? Haha! It was a last minute thing because i received an sms from Wenzhuang as soon as i left school. They needed a replacement since one of three backed out at the last minute. So i volunteered to pitch in (: I was hoping it'd be a great experience anyway - and indeed, it was. So i came back, read the script that we planned and added in my own stuff before we called up Amy to "rehearse". We were going to sing but i pulled out of that performance since i have very little confidence in singing. XD I don't mind singing in huge groups (like i did in choir) but with only 3 voices, i'm for one very afraid that i would break or something XP So i didn't do the singing. Furthermore, Wenzhuang and Amy sang really good ;) WENZHUANG, GO JOIN PROJECT SUPERSTAR OR SOMETHING XD Anyhow, we were on the phone for like 2 hours before the actual thing began. We were shaking a lot but it was all done in a flash. I actually recorded the time on air down on my mp4. I thought i was very nervous and all. And like i told mariame, i think i sound so different when i hear myself on the phone/radio/talking to friends than when i hear myself talking (like.. internal soemthing, you know?) But oh well XD It was a very cool experience being on air for the first time and of course, i thought the event really bonded Amy, Wenzhuang and me to become better friends. I so regret not going for the first outing 2 weeks back since i had the photography workshop. Amy says,"I WANT TO MEET YOU!" XD I WANT TO MEET YOU GIRLS TOO. I don't usually meet online friends but i think Wenzhuang knows Amy and the rest quite well so i have this feeling that they're not the type of people that you can find on the net (yes, there are a lot of cases). I don't know, but maybe this is only based on my instinct and my child-like mind but i think i'm ready to become more independent. I'm 17 and i still have to learn right? If my parents keep holding me back then ... how am i going to learn? Of course whenever i go out, i would ask for permission and everything (and trust me, they're so protective sometimes i am pretty intimidated by the fact that they won't allow me and all - sometimes conflicts arise and most of the time, i don't even try to ask because i don't want our happy family to break because of such a problem; it's just not worth it at all) STILL, friday night was awesome because right after the recording, the forum was flooded with everyone! SO COOL XD

There were a couple of negative comments on Soompi (international entertainment forum) but who cares. Try it for yourself and you'll be tongue twisted like we were because it was our first time. I really think people should learn to revise what they want to say before they actually open their mouth. It's very frustrating to see such narrow-minded people around. Especially when you're thrashing people of your own kind. Yes, Singaporeans on Soompi. I got slightly fed up actually but i decided that there's no point wasting our breath on people who're so unsupportive. *kicks her.

Overall, it was a very fun experience ;) Especially with Amy and Wenzhuang! ^^V

VC 1-day Camp
The camp was yesterday and it started at 9am and we ended at 8pm. Crazy not? I admit the fact that i had a sense of regret going because all my classmates didn't come (Ika, Seon, Xiaowei, Ryan, Nicole, Joclyn, Crystal) but i decided that, since i travelled all the way, why waste the fare? JUST GO, EVEN IF YOU'RE GOING TO BE ALONE! I actually scolded myself for being so dependent on my friends. I don't think i'm the only one but friends are like your pillar for strength and courage. For yesterday, i mastered up my fears and went ahead without them anyway (: It turned out quite well because i met new people and got to know a lot more about them.

Our group name was ... Nhamyn lajj ... XD A combination of the first letters of all of our names. No one knew how to say out our name XD WHICH was quite cool >D

We started off with introductions, then games (the curtain game, wack-the-person-game LOL, bomber man game) and then we had to dress up a member or two in our group relating to the theme of Eco-friendly using materials of you-know-what. Lilian, Michelle and me ran up to the thrash bins to collect cardboard, rafia strings, and whatever we could find useful and not dirty :P Dressed up Amber and Jiayi and Nethan became the photographer. WE WON FIRST FOR THIS PHOTOSHOOOT! Thanks to the external flash by the GLs ^^b But the win felt gooooood ;)

We had lunch after the tiring morning. Went to Mac across school, packet and went back to school to eat. After that we had these ELFs come and help us organise some team-bonding games. Evolution game, ice breaker games, loop-the-loop game. Really fun stuff and a lot of lessons to learn from there ;)THEN, we had photohunt! We were given 48 pictures taken around the whole school compound and we had to find all the places and take a picture at the exact same location within 2 hours. We went off to a bad start because we thought the group could split up, but NO. So i had to run up to design school to call Amber and Jiayi back (some exercise eh!) But we still a good job finding 41 spots! YAHOOOOO! We got 3rd place for the photohunt and overall i think ;) I feel very proud and happy for the team. We did a great job and all ;)

We ended at 8 and i took the bus with Lilian and travelled back home alone. Came back, turned on the television to catch LOTR ): Missed the first part. And had pizza my brother ordered :D Bathed after that then i couldn't do anything else so i just crashed on my bed and continued watching the second part. I was really tired but i don't think i regret a single minute going for the VC camp.

OH, i forgot to mention this!

The SAA building is really built at the right spot because you can see the sun set there! SO BEAUTIFUL, SubahanAllah! Not only that, since we ended at 8, we were there to watch the stars too. I went out of the lounge and saw the moon. It was a crescent in fact! SO BIG AND LILIAN AND ME COULDN'T STOP TRYING TO TAKE PICTURES. Unfortunately, i was too bummed so i just took a few of shots that.. failed =.= IT WAS STUNNING! But we left after 5 minutes, HAHAHA. It was getting too dark and late in the school already. And we still had to walk to the gate, mind you.

And i'm still waiting for Lilian to pass us all the contacts ): I enjoyed being in the team! Nethan was probably the joke of the team XD And yes, we ALL know about Amber's secret, hehehe. Don't worry, we'll keep it for you XP
